Cancellation Policy

Please read over our guidelines: 1. Professional sessions are billed in one-hour time slots - $50 per hour. No photography sessions will be scheduled during scheduled UPICK events or other events when the farm is open to the public or during scheduled private events. However, this is a working farm and harvest and/or field work may be in process during your visit. 2. Flowers are not included in sessions and may not be picked. If you would like flowers for your session, please inquire about purchasing in addition to your session fee. 3. No animal photography – as much as we love our furry friends, they do not do well in the field! 4. Props are welcome if they are not intrusive. Example… do not put props in the middle of a flower row or bed. Keep all props in pathways beside flower rows. 5. Leave no trace in the field. Absolutely NO glitter or confetti! You will be charged for clean-up/reparation if trash or items are left behind in the field. 6. Do not enter marked restricted areas. This includes the wooded areas beyond the flower fields. 7. You are required to have professional liability insurance. You are responsible for your clients while they are in the field. The Photographer acknowledges obligation to obtain appropriate professional insurance coverage for the benefit of their clients and Little Star Farm. The photographer waives any rights to recovery from Little Star Farm for any injuries that the Photographer (and/or photographers clients or employees) may sustain while at Little Star Farm location. 8. Little Star Farm assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings. 9. Photography sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather but are otherwise non-refundable. 10. If photos are posted on social media sites, Little Star Farm requests location recognition be cited within the post. We would also love to feature your work on our page! Please send us photos you'd like for us to share and we'll give you appropriate credit! WARNING: While at the farm, be aware and watch your step and where you touch carefully. The farm contains uneven/unlevel ground and also species that may sting or bite.
